Our primary objective is to provide you with a fitness experience that is both enjoyable and rewarding while also presenting the appropriate challenges. Regarding the timeframe for results, you can expect changes in your fitness and energy levels within the first two weeks. A conservative estimate suggests a weight loss of 0.5-1kg or a reduction of 1% body fat every 1.5-2 weeks. However, many of our clients surpass these conservative targets and achieve more.

No, there’s no long-term contract that binds you. However, we encourage a 12-week commitment to optimise your chances of reaching your fitness goals. While you’re not obligated to stay beyond this period, this 12-week commitment will provide us the best opportunity to work together towards your success.
